Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ZeeloPay. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About ZeeloPay

ZeeloPay (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a payment link and invoicing platform operated from the United Kingdom. We provide tools that allow registered users (“sellers”) to create payment pages and send invoices to their clients (“buyers”).

ZeeloPay is not a bank, payment institution, or regulated financial service. Payment processing is carried out exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and Coinbase Commerce, which are separately regulated entities. ZeeloPay acts as a technology platform connecting sellers and buyers.

2. Eligibility

You may use ZeeloPay if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • Are acting on your own behalf or are authorised to act for a business entity;
  • Are not located in a jurisdiction where using ZeeloPay would be prohibited by law;
  • Agree to these terms in full.

ZeeloPay is designed primarily for UK-based freelancers and small businesses. However, sellers and buyers from other countries may use the platform subject to applicable local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that accepting and making payments via ZeeloPay complies with the laws of your country.

3. Your account

You must register for an account to use ZeeloPay as a seller. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information;
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others;
  • Notify us immediately at hello@zeelopay.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Our services

ZeeloPay provides:

  • Payment links: shareable checkout pages that allow buyers to pay by card or cryptocurrency.
  • Invoicing: professional invoice creation, PDF generation, and email delivery to clients.
  • Invoice credits: a credit-based system allowing sellers to send a limited number of invoices per month, with paid passes available for higher volumes.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

5. Fees

ZeeloPay charges a 3% platform fee on each successful card transaction processed through a payment link. This fee is deducted automatically before the remainder is paid out to your connected Stripe account.

Stripe's own processing fees (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards) are charged separately by Stripe and are not included in our 3% fee. See stripe.com/gb/pricing for details.

New accounts include 2 free invoice sends as a one-time sign-up bonus — these do not reset. To send more invoices, a paid plan is required. Invoice subscriptions (STARTER at £5/month for 10 sends, UNLIMITED at £20/month for unlimited sends) are billed monthly and renew automatically. Credits reset each billing period. Both plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard with effect from the next billing date. All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Fees are subject to change. We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing fees for existing users.

6. Seller responsibilities

As a seller on ZeeloPay, you are responsible for:

  • Accurately describing products and services in your payment links and invoices;
  • Fulfilling orders and delivering goods or services to buyers;
  • Handling refunds and disputes with buyers directly;
  • Complying with all applicable tax obligations, including VAT registration if required;
  • Ensuring you have the right to sell any products or services you list;
  • Obtaining any necessary consent before providing client data (e.g. email addresses) to ZeeloPay.

7. Prohibited uses

You must not use ZeeloPay to sell or facilitate:

  • Illegal goods or services;
  • Counterfeit or infringing products;
  • Adult content, gambling, or regulated financial products without appropriate licences;
  • Weapons, drugs, or other restricted items;
  • Fraudulent transactions or money laundering;
  • Anything prohibited by Stripe's or Coinbase's acceptable use policies.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual property

ZeeloPay and its content (logos, design, software) are owned by ZeeloPay and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create (e.g. product descriptions, invoice content). By using ZeeloPay, you grant us a limited licence to display and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeeloPay is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity;
  • Indirect, special, or consequential losses;
  • Losses arising from the acts or omissions of Stripe, Coinbase, or other third-party processors;
  • Service interruptions, errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to ZeeloPay in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeeloPay and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. International use

ZeeloPay is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access our service from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws, including laws regarding online payments, invoicing, and data protection.

Buyers paying through ZeeloPay-generated links may be located anywhere in the world. Currency conversion, cross-border fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer's card issuer or cryptocurrency network and are not controlled by ZeeloPay.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zeelopay.com. Outstanding invoices, pending payouts, and data retention obligations survive termination.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service poses a legal or reputational risk to ZeeloPay.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection law and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of ZeeloPay after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Contact us
